Anmonoliv approach utilizes its proprietary position selective small molecule to target key pathways by directly inhibiting cytokines IL-6 which play a significant role in counterbalancing the pro-inflammatory response in various infectious diseases.
New generation cancer immunotherapy: the drug’s target is to synthesize IL-12 (Interleukin -12) to target the tumor (The tumor-targeting IL-12 fusion). Clinical data suggest this combination may demonstrate significant disease control by shrinking tumors and/or prolonging survival in recurrent/metastatic cancers with poor survival prognosis. A pilot clinical study of Anmonoliv on cancer patients showed tumor shrinkage, reduction in A.F.P and cancer indices.
ANMONOLIV with exquisite selectivity resulting in improved pharmacology, effectiveness and safety. The approach provides opportunity for both best-in-class drugs against validated targets and first-in-class molecules for highly novel targets.
ANMONOLIV with Drug Delivery Technology has been shown to effectively treat diseases caused by SARS-CoV-2, influenza virus, HSV-1, and our lead program for cancer cells is currently in clinical trials.
